Take me out to the ballgame

We went to the Tigers game last night. They won 12-5. Let's hear it for the home team. Hey, they're not notorious for being the best in the league so any win is a good win.

We got home a little late, but still fit in exercise and then we crashed into bed. 3 down, 33 more to go.

We were also folding laundry last night and I felt something crawling on my chest...I look down to see an earwig. Needless to say, I probably woke the neighbors up with my screaming I was so loud. Then I did a dumb thing and flicked it off of me and then we couldn't find it. After I calmed down and entered the room again, we found it and squished it. If this continues, I'll be calling that exterminator back reeeeal soon.

I'm tired, cranky, and I'm going to be babysitting a one and a half year old tonight... I feel a headache coming on.

Some things are getting easier with exercising and some things are a little bit harder. Oddly enough, I don't feel sore the next day, but when I'm doing the routine, my arms ache so bad. I guess no pain no gain is true. Don't know if I stood wrong on the scale or not but I showed a .5 lb loss for the past three days. I'm not sure it's possible to lose that fast but hey, I'll take it.

I'm getting really excited about this Saturday because we'll be going to the fireworks at the park we first met at. This month will mark our second year together and we didn't get to go to the fireworks last year so I can't wait to go this year. There are many significant dates for us this month. The 6th is the day we met face to face (at said fireworks) and the 17th is the day we actually started going out. And of course, the 16th will mark 3 months until the wedding. Woah, my stomach just did a flip-flop. Excuse me now, I feel the strong urge to go and check reality...

I'm glad your new routine is working for you. I'm sure as you build muscles, your arms will ache less....
