What is the deal?

I never had a bloody nose in my life until we moved into our current house. For the past year that's all I've had.

You really wanted to know that didn't you?

My workout last night left something to be desired. This place is getting busier and busier. Does anyone else have a favorite machine they get on when they go to the gym? There are two elipticals that I can bust my butt on and keep on coming back for more, but the other three, I feel like I'm cycling in slow motion when I'm on them. Guess which one I was on last night? Yeah, I only lasted 15 minutes on it and then went on to strength training. But a slow workout is better than no workout eh?

Happy Friday!

I had a terrible nose bleed yesterday, but that was the first in a VERY long time. Are you picking your nose too much?? ;)

Yeah, I definitely have my favorite machines! At my old gym, everyone knew 5:30 meant treadmill #3 was all Krista's! haha! I'm not that lucky with my new gym since it's bigger and not as "close-knit" as my previous gym.

There are over the counter nasal sprays for keeping your nose moist. I have the same problem here in MN -- it's so dry, and we do have a humidifier.

At my gym in LA, there was a certain brand of treadmill I liked so much better than the others. Luckily we usually went early enough so I could snag one.
