Running on fumes

Is it wrong of me to want to skip my workout today because I'm FREAKING.EXHAUSTED?

You can't imagine how fatigued I feel right now. I hope things perk up by lunch or I think my body is going to veto the gym tonight. And I'm not going to disagree because you haven't seen my butt get angry. Yet.

In other news, In a week or so we'll be able to see if we've successfully made a baby this month. Some prayers and good wishes are welcome. I'll take anything you got at this point.

I'm off to close my eyes for a bit and hope no one notices. If they do, I'll just tell them I was thinking real hard and hope they buy it.

Happy Hump Day!

I skipped my workout last night because I was just exhausted and I THINK it was the right thing to do. I don't necessarily feel any better today, but I don't feel worse, either. I guess I'm just saying you should listen to your body and trust that you'll do what it needs. :)

You definitely have to listen to your body! There's a fine line though because sometimes working out when you don't feel like it will make you feel better....but other times your body is just crying out for rest (that was me on Sunday!).
