What she is thinking
If I could read my cat's mind, I swear she would be thinking this as I give her her daily treats.
I walk through the door and she immediately begins talking about her day. She goes and sits in front of the treat cabinet and waits for me to follow. I proceed to take off my shoes, coat, glance at some mail, and then go to the cabinet.
I take out her kitty treat box and shake it a little because she likes the noise. Then I pour a couple out for her. She watches them hit the floor and scatter before staring at them in amazement. And I'm sure she's thinking, "Holy shit Mom, you totally just made those things fall from the sky!"
And then she stares them down for a couple minutes before deciding they're edible.
I swear she's not on catnip. We decided that crack was too much for her a long time ago.
Happy Friday!

LOL! We keep their treats in the laundry room closet and we refer to it as the Magic Closet. Baja will gulp down anything given to him (including snow) while Jager will sniff it first to see if it's edible. Nutty dogs.

LOL... Max knows the bags his treats are in, but once in a while I buy something else in similar containers, and he thinks I'm eating HIS treats. I open the M&Ms and he looks at me like THOSE ARE MINE!!!
I think the kitties are smarter than we think sometimes...
