Missing in Action

So, I've been absent for good reasons. On Thursday I found out a good friend of the family was given 24 hours to live. She passed away on Friday. Yesterday was the very emotional funeral. Even harder that I've known this person's daughter since preschool. We've grown up together. Tough. Another life to cancer.

Also bucked up and went to the doctor yesterday and got no closer than where I was before. Doctor's advice:

Join Yoga. (To de-stress of course. Which is NOT in my vocabulary.)
