I shouldn't have done it.
It had the potential to ruin my day right from the start.
It's not the best week to do it either, if you know what I mean.
But I did it anyways.
I stepped on the scale...
And was shocked.
3.5 pounds down. At least I hope that's true. I can lose that in a day and get it back the next. Another day of the same or better reading, and I'll really believe.
I have to tell you, it didn't stop me from dancing a little jig though.

Awesome! Congrats!
I always celebrate a loss, no matter how big or small. I think it's important to acknowledge it for encouragement, to keep up with the dieting and/or exercise.

Weight loss rocks! NO matter how little. A loss is a loss. Congrats!
