Realizing...

At some point, I'm going to have to grow up and stop looking forward to Saturday morning cartoons.

If we are going to be baby-ready, "let's eat out" has to be banished from the household vocabulary.

Pizza stones are not indestructable. They will crack and break if you set them on top of a hot stovetop burner.

How was your weekend?

You never outgrow Saturday monring cartoons (though you everntualy lament the quality of what's available) and babies are highly portable creatures!

I miss Schoolhouse Rock! I don't get the current array of cartoons, but remember such classics as Looney Toons and Speed Racer....heck, I'll even watch HR Puf-n-stuf and Sigmund and the Sea Monsters marathons...

    That's some heavey ponder!!

And you don't have to give up Saturday morning cartoons. Even when the little one is not here I find myself watching Disney or Nick all the time.

    Have a happy holiday!!!
