Name your own

Thanks for the concern for Aaron. He's doing alright. Good thing he was working with low voltage. He was working with 110 (?) and not 220, or else he would have had gloves on. When he stood up after having the wire fall out of his hand he was shaking all over and he still has a big knot in his calf from his muscles tightning up.

Scared the beejeezus out of me when he called. I told him he's not going to get out of marrying me by electrocuting himself. He can't get rid of me that easy. ;)

So I'm looking forward to a workout tonight. I didn't get to last night because we were helping some friends move. Well, Aaron did the heavy stuff, I just did the little boxes. And I was quite sure that at some point they would lift the 57 inch tv too high when going up the stairs that it was either going to fall on our friend knocking him down the rest of the stairs, or Aaron was going to lift too high and launch it over the railing. Too many close calls for me today. I think tonight's a good night to stay home and watch that movie we rented.

Hope everyone is having a "safe" day.

By the way, I don't want to jynx anything but Mr. Scale says I'm down 5lbs. That sounds like the right path to me, downing broccoli and cauliflower and salads at lunch with a moderate dinner seems to be doing the trick. Plus, it's what, the 6th week of exercising. Go me, Go me!!

Go, Rebecca! Sorry to hear about Aaron, but at least he's OK. Two of my brothers-in-law are electritans and I'm know that's always a concern.
Great job on the 5 pound loss. Keep it moving!!

Omigosh, Rebecca, I'm so sorry I didn't say anything sooner because I didn't get to read blogs yesterday (the HORROR!), and I'm really glad Aaron's OK. I remember when my ex-hubbie electrocuted himself, when he fractured two vertebrae and was temporarily paralyzed, and when he managed to get a chunk of an axe handle wedged inside a tendon bundle in his arm (where it still lives today, unless there's been a new development since we divorced) and it just never gets any easier to hear something like that about the man that you love.
