Housekeeping

I'm still on cloud nine from picking up my new truck on Friday. I got one of these. I find myself making excuses for having to go places, I swear I left the house about 50 times this weekend. :)

Went out on Friday with some friends but wasn't really in the mood for that kind of night so we left early. Plus, there was a 20 year reunion going on and it was funny to see the ladies trying to dress like they were 16 again. Mean, I know, but you weren't there to witness, so please take my word.

Saturday was spent finding durable chew toys for Chaya. We loaded up on Kongs. Air Kongs, stuffed Kongs, you name it, we bought it. It's too late for my hope chest, but at least we saved everything else. I hope. By the way, thanks to everyone who suggested Kongs. We stuffed one with peanut butter and she just loves it.
Saturday night we went to a bonfire at our friend's house and had a great time. Relaxed by the fire with some drinks and s'mores. We added a twist to it by using a Caramello bar instead of the regular chocolate. Ever had one? Go try it ASAP.

Sunday was yard work day and I also went to the mall and got the cutest bag for my sister to carry while going down the aisle. Since she can't drop rose petals, she will be passing out flowers.
Speaking of wedding stuff, I did play dress-up yesterday so I will be getting those pictures posted soon. I know, I've been promising, but I'm picking some up tonight to post and that should tide you over. ;)

I've been semi lax on the eating and exercising front so I did gain back the 5 lbs. I lost, but tonight I'm kicking it up again.
