On the up and up

Got an email from rescue lady today. Chaya is doing much better. She was started on IV's and her infection is clearing up nicely. She also stated that we should go to the emergency clinic we took Chaya to and clock that vet right upside her head. Well, no she didn't say that, but she did say her vet wondered why they would scare the crap out of us with all this money and even mentioning putting Chaya down when it simply wasn't necessary. Rescue lady's vet said there was no sense of that much urgency. Yes, she had aspiration pneumonia but it is easily treated and they should never have even mentioned putting a puppy down. Apparently emergency places can do that. They really get you on the emergency part. We were at their mercy and they completely took advantage of it. That parts just burns my ass. They do not want to get to know the ghetto me. Trust me.

So, Chaya needs to spend one more night in the hospital and then soon after, she will be coming back home.

Thank you all for your kind wishes and prayers for her. We appreciate them all.

Excuse me now, I'm off to rip a vet a new one.
